Error on my lease in my favor?

I have signed into a 12 month lease for my apt. I took a look at my lease and there seems to be an error involving the total rent due for the term of the lease it says $750. It then says to be paid in equal installments of $1500. now my question is if my contract says the total amount due for the term is 750. will i only have to pay 750 for the year due to this typo? legally?
