How would tie-breakers have worked if Mets had won Sunday?

I believe if the Mets would have won today, then the Mets and the Phillies would have played tomorrow. Just like SD and COL are playing tomorrow to break the NL wild card. I hope this helps and I hope it answered your question. lol
