Has mother nature had her say yet would you say?

i mean we see all this development in areas that ruin environment. tearing down tree's. it's all building and good for money but doesn't help the planet much and all that stuff. then this whole space stuff. is there a system to help us here. i mean i think there's other animals that ruin things but mother nature has a bigger process. what would it be for humans. like who are we to say that the ozone won't be repaired and our species whipped out
