Why does he keep doing this?

i think hes trying to get u interested in him again. being mysterious so you would go up to him and start talking. maybe then he can show you that he has changed or that he is different for you. i mean if someone starred at me i would demand wtf is up. its actually a pretty smart but risky technique we guys use. at least the guys who can get girls
