2nd Bedroom with no Radiator? Please read on.?

Hi our offer on a House has just been accepted and we have realised that there is no Radiator in the second bedroom, which will be my little boys room (5). As far as we are aware the Boiler is about 18 months old. Do you think it will be a problem having a Radiator fitted and roughly how much would it cost? UK please.
