Anyone have a PIMPLE solution?

For a few months, I've tried to get rid of these pimples in my face. Most of the pimples reappear in the T-zone area, especially in the chin area. I don't have serious acne, but a minor one. It's driving me nuts because I've tried a bunch of different techniques, yet I have not found the ultimate solution to zap those zits. I wash my face twice each day with salicylic acid 2%, stayed away from oily based food, tried to not touch the areas easily affected, even tried the benzyol peroxide prescribed from a doctor (that didn't work because I'm allergic to the cream and get red blotches on my skin). I've tried using toothpaste, garlic (smelly, only if it had work), tea tree oil, almost everything that I found on net that seems to be the ultimate solution to get rid of the zits, does anyone have any other suggestions that have worked for you or share your experiences?
