Cutback on Military Spending - Yes or No?

I'm not going to try and convince anyone whether it's a good thing to be spending money on war! But I am asking is it a good thing to have bombs going off on this side of the Atlantic with impunity; I ask you? And let's not forget that there are people that would gladly give up their life if only to earn a place in heaven while sending us to hell! Having troops in the Middle-East is expensive both in the price of human lives and money, but I ask you, would you rather have to deal with those who would destroy us with impunity on American soil or on foreign soil? Think about it before you answer! And please don't say if we were not in their home land they would not be fighting us because that's not the case. We've been their target now for many years, it's only now that they've acquired the technology and monetary ability to reach this side of the Atlantic. Barack Hussein 0bama is disarming our country! Now I ask you, is this because he's incompetent, or could it be a predetermined plan to destroy the United States as a world power, I ask you?
