Directx 9/10 with Intel GMA X3100?

It sounds like you are using a macbook or a macbook pro. If this is so, you are probably running Windows inside of parallels desktop or vm ware. Instead of running Windows inside of there, run it under bootcamp and you should have no problem. Let me know if i am wrong about anything :]
