I think he has a decent chance. He's a former WWE champion, Champion, and IC champ. I'm sure i'm forgetting some to. Also he had one of the longest world champion reigns ever. He left the company on good terms with Vince it would appear (Randy Savage being proof it does matter) and I can see him being inducted in the hall of fame maybe 10-15 years from now at the least.
