Do you use spermicidal condoms?

Who would tell a 20 year old not to have ? It's not like you're 13 or something. To be honest the spermicidal lube that they put on the condoms don't really do much to help. You should be ok if you use a condom every time and make sure you are really careful the 2 weeks before your period is due. I know you said you don't like hormonal birth control but I really recommend Yaz. I had a hard time with all the other ones but Yaz is a different hormone and does not mess with your head the same way that the others do. It's worth a try!
