Driving question (skidding)?

I got this. I was a valet for 12 years and dealt with cars in the rain alot. You want to stop breaking to stop the skid, when you turn into the skid your tires will align and you can steer out of the skid. If you continue to skid you have no traction and will not go into the direction required.
