Embarring habits, Please help? It's a short list, but any suggestions?
you really need to watch yourself. as soon as you feel yourself slouching, sit up straight. try really hard to do this because you don't want to end up with a curved spine. its really the only way. next, put your hands under your pillow at night, and focus on something else before you fall asleep. maybe recall your day, or even just silently sing your favorite song. just something to keep your mind busy before you sleep. and lastly you really need to just watch yourself again. I used to be really flirty, but then I caught myself and really calmed down. if you really can't watch yourself, ask your friend to just say something so you know you're being obnoxious. if you're embarred and don't want them to come out and say it, you can even establish a code word. after a while, you'll get over all your habits! just be a little patient, because you aren't going to get better overnight!
