Itchy , moodswings, pregnant?

I had my last period 3/6/2010 then had unprotected on 3/18/2010. I took plan b on 3/19/2010 and then had what I think was my period (it was 12 days early and only lasted 3 days) on 3/26/2010. My cycles have not been regular for the last 7 years except when I wa on birth control (which I'm not anymore and haven't in the last 2 years). I have had headaches (but I an probe to chronic migraines-though these have been your regular, ordinary kind), cramping, moodswings galore, and my right nipple itches. I haven't taken a test since it's only been 12 days since possible conception. Any thoughts??
