Where can I find a database full of stock fundamentals/quotes/ etc.?

I would like to perform my own statistical forecasting, and cannot find access to a database full of info like earnings, stock quotes, daily volume etc etc. I can calculate my own P/E ratios, beta's etc. If I had access to this info. Anybody know of a good database where I can download this info into excel, or stata or whatever?
