Any more terminator movies in the works?

Terminator Salvation was intended to be the first part of a new trilogy of films set in the universe; however, the under performance of Terminator: Salvation has diminished the chance of a continuation. The production company of the film series Halcyon was sued by investors a short time afterward because the film did not bring in the revenues that they were guaranteed when asked to invest. As part of this the rights to the franchise were also put up for auction, making the chances for a continuation unlikely again.
