I don't like kissing my boyfriend?

i know this sounds weird, but i hate kissing people not because i'm against PDA or anything like that because even when were at home i don't want to. We have been together a few years and i am having our first child in July, i love him more than anything but i can tell that he dose not feel that way how can i explain to him that its not because i don't love him or he has bad breath or anything else like that. i just don't like kissing more than a quick, single kiss. i have always been that way. no mean answers please
