Could this be Swine Flu?

There have been 2 swine flu cases in my school and 8 others in my town. I don't think I've come into direct contact with any of these people but last night i had a pretty bad fever (about 102-103). That just started around 1 o'clock in the after noon and got worse after time. I had a motrin at 11 PM and when I woke up my fever was gone. I have a slight cough and a slight headache, but nothing serious. Could this be swine flu or am I worrying about nothing?
