Is my 9 week old teething?

when i put my finger in his mouth i feel something on the top left side of his gum..but its closer to the back. hes been wanting his pacifier all the time (which hes never done before)..he also seems to want to bite it, rather than suck on it. hes been really fussy and drooling a lot. i know he is young but i dunno what else it could be.
